Triple AC Room

Description

If you want AC connection in your single room, You have to pay the electricity bill of the AC seperately @ per Govt. Rate. With Each AC, a submeter is attached, which take the reading of the electricity used by the AC. If AC is shared by two or more students, then AC Electricity bill be distributed equally with each student. 

Note : For using AC Rooms, students have to pay Advanced Electricity bill deposit of 3000/- along with 1 month Advance of Room Charges. This payment is refundable after deduction of electricity bill of AC of last month, in which student is leaving the Hostel

• Triple Room of carpet Area of 120-140 square feet
• Single Bed for each students.
• Single  study Table for each students.
• Fan
• 6-7 Lights
• One Small Wooden Wadrobe for each student
• AC attached with submeter
• Window with Airy Ventilation
• One Plate + One Spoon + One Glass + One Cup + One Katori to each student (Paid & included in 500/- Registration Fee)
• Chair (Paid)
• Dunlup (Paid)
• All Paid items are students property which can be carried out by the student at the time of leaving the hostel
